This pen was never been inked, so you getting a NEW OLD STOCK pen in your hands/collection. This pen is No longer make. Comes with genuine Waterman ink converter. Colors and Gold Tone trim make this Beautiful Fountain Pen SPECIAL. Nib is two tone 23K Gold Plated, and steel. I have not tested with ink. Is it one of the first 3 colors Waterman started Phileas production with. Also comes with Waterman genuine blue box with white lining inside, and paper work booklet.
