Waterman 0522 gold filled Chased Pattern Taper Cap

Description

Waterman 0522 gold filled Chased Pattern Taper Cap.  The pen is fitted with a nice star nib.
The hard rubber has oxidized.   There is a bit of ink staining.   There is wear to the imprint on the cap.   The imprint on the bottom of the barrel is illegible.   There is brassing.   There is crazing on the edge of the section.  The edge of the cap has micro chips.   The cap was loose, so I put a drop of shellac inside of the cap to snug things up.
