Vtge Waterman Paris Black Fountain Pen in Gold Satin Lined Box w/ Cartridge + Ga

Description

This is a very nice Waterman fountain pen with refill in Original gold satin-lined snap box protected by navy blue slip-over cardboard box.  I do not know how to tell if the pen has ever been used--it looks so new to me.  The shiny black -exterior pen (with gold trim) is five inches long with the cap on.  On the gold-colored nib:  France  M.  There is also a refill cartridge, which I think is blue.  It is in a cellophane case and there is a partial sales tag on it:  16.351 Moyen (Medium).  There is also a folded double side Waterman (W) Paris paper with international guarantee, incidental advice and picture directions for changing cartridge.  I'm listing this fountain pen as USED, simply because I do not know how to tell for sure.  It's a lovely, sleek, elegant pen with no damage. The snap box measures  7.5" x 2.5" x 1."
I welcome comments or explanations or insight from knowledgeable pen collectors out there in eBayLand.
