Sterling Silver Enamel Vanity Pill Box Vintage Art Nouveau Lady & Lover

Offered here for your consideration is a lovely sterling silver 1½" pill box, just over ½" high.
The enamel work is perfect though it has faint VERY faint top scratches in the top coat, which are hard to see.
There are 2 tiny hallmarks pressed into the bottom inside. I don't know who.
The hinge is firm and it opens and closes properly.
