Condition:
Please refer to photos, you can zoom in on desktop and mobile. I try to take clear photos so there should not be any blurry images. If the condition of the item cannot be assessed then send me a message with your question and I'll help you out. It should be noted that the condition of the shoes and other items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated as new. Pre-owned shoes may have scuffs, creases, markings and sometime stains. Please refer to the photos for defects on the shoes if there are any. Also, I clean and sanitize the shoes before they are sent to you. If the photo is not clear enough then please send me a message and I can confirm the quality with you. The same rules apply to all other pre-owned items.
Offers:
Send me a reasonable offer, we can work out a nice deal for both of us. If the item is already at a low price I will not accept your offer. If you have multiple offers for different items and you would like to make a bundle deal; please message it directly instead of sending multiple offers. I respond relatively quickly at normal business hours (8am - 5pm). Also please complete payment within a day of the sale or your order will be cancelled.
Shipping & Return
Pokemon Cards have the price of shipping factored in so if you want to save money buy in bulk. Also I am now accepting returns on all items, if the item is a sealed item such as a game, trading cards, etc then do not open it if you want to return it. All returns must be completed through the no-hassle returns button on the listing. If you buy an item as a guest user and need to return it, this means you'll need to create an account to make the return. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item. All returns must be received in the same condition they were sent out. That means new in box for shoes and new with tags attached and no signs of having been worn if used (or lingering heavy cologne or perfume smells) and for clothes.  Items that incur customer damage will be subject to eBay's policies protecting sellers from fraudulent returns.
