We ship our garters in larger crush resistant brown shipping boxes, that can range around 6x4x4" or 6x6x6", or 7x7x6".  Please note that most mailboxes or mail-slots do not allow these boxes to fit, so please make arrangements with either your postman/post office, neighbors, friends or family to keep an eye out for your package. :-)
We normally ship our garters via USPS, unless other arrangements are made prior to purchasing.
