Here is a Waterman Phileas barrel in Mineral Green. The barrel has the brass liner inside for a fountain pen converter or cartridge. This pen part is basically new old stock with just general handling wear, it came from some stock from a former Waterman employee. You are buying

barrel only. This would help make your Waterman Phileas whole again, please note I have several more Phileas NOS parts listed.
