Description
The Skar Audio SPX-65C - 6.5-inch 2-Way high performance component speaker system delivers unequivocal sound quality and performance for the most enhanced listening experience. The SPX series was engineered to be efficient and powerful, all while sounding incredible at the loudest volumes. Featuring a premium butyl rubber surround and a PMI composite multi-layered cone, as well as a high temperature 1.35-inch voice coil, every aspect of these speakers is of the highest audiophile grade.
This component speaker system utilizes an external crossover network, as well as 25mm (1-inch) aluminum dome tweeters with silk surrounds for crystal clear high frequency sound reproduction. Frequency Response: 42-20,000 Hz. Sensitivity: 92 dB. Sold as a pair. Impedance: 4 Ohms. Max Power: 400 Watts (Pair), RMS Power: 200 Watts (Pair). Mounting accessories as well as speaker grilles are included.

Founded in early 2012 by the current CEO, Kevin Schlenker, Skar Audio has grown from just a hobby, into a business that now employs a full time staff of nearly 20 people. We emphasize on designing competition grade products priced for the normal consumer, but without sacrificing build quality. As a manufacturer, we utilize a network of brick and mortar retailers around the country to put the product in hands of certified technicians that know the product inside and out, and can easily help our customers with sales and installation.
Skar Audio is located in the heart of the manufacturing district in Tampa, Florida. Our headquarters is home to the proud staff of nearly 20 people, who are audiophiles themselves and love to serve our customers everyday. With our facility being over 17,000 sq ft, and featuring show rooms, testing rooms, a new product development center, as well our warehouse and offices; we are happy to offer tours to local or visiting enthusiasts and customers to show them what we are all about. We take the hands on approach in delivering value to everyone we deal with, and maintain an open door policy at the office.
