MILLODOT JANE CARPENTER STERLING SILVER/ BRASS SOUTHWESTERN RATTLESNAKE EARRINGS

Description

Up for sale is this wonderful vintage Millodot sterling silver and brass earrings.  Made by famed and highly collectible jewelry artisan Jane Carpenter, the Southwestern themed piece is in the shape of rattlesnakes.  The animal has etched Southwestern designs on the sterling body.  The body of the snakes have 5 black stones, 4 of which are surrounded by brass. There are plumb bob like brass pieces attached to the heads and rattles of each snake.  The post type fastening pin is on a brass shield with brass surrounded black stone in the middle.  We do not have the holding clips to the posts (very easily obtained at any jewelry or craft store!).  The piece measures about 3 1/4 inches long.  Fully marked on the back with Carpenters signature "STERLING BRASS Millodot" signature logo.  In excellent condition with no flaws.  A great piece in nice shape!!
