    This is a rare and early piece of art jewelry created and signed by the husband of Cynthia Chuang, E. P.  Tsai.
    This brooch pin is an adorable turtle that has a signed brass bottom.
    The
    porcelain
    shell top
    has been
    designed for a very fine detailed effect that results in an abstract appearance.
    There are gold tone
    metal
    legs, feet and tail coming out from the brass bottom.
    The circular tight wired neck and ball head comes to a point where there are 2 light blue glass? eyes.
    This brooch is an absolute piece of art.  A museum worthy piece of art that you may wear as a brooch or pin.  It would certainly make a statement.
