  • Condition: The gold filled areas exhibit some loss. Most of the loss is on the lever. The lever has been pulled too far and needs to be reset in the original groove. The case exhibits some extraneous marks. The shaft where the nib inserts, has a 3/8" long and can be seen on the inside. The box has condition issues and has been taped on the corners. It is missing one end. The paper instructions are fragile an have a piece torn away. With all that said, it is a hard to find group.

    Description

    Up for your consideration, is a c1903 FOUNTAIN PEN WATERMAN IDEAL #52 1/2 HARD RUBBER #2 NIB box & instructions.  Please note pictures as well as condition above.  I was able to dip the nib in water and write with the old ink that became liquified.  The pen is engraved on the gold filled band.  Please ask questions.
